Soon I entered the store I saw a old gentleman(salesman) with "the" mask on his chin and another salesman there, I was offered a mask but I have a medical problem. I choose to go there because is "South Carolina" (suppose to be better them our neighbor from the north right?). Only for my disappointment, they said that I have to wear mask or else although I been in other store(Sherwin-Williams) that didn't require. Take my business somewhere

I've always had great service from any Sherwin-Williams store, but I have to mention Crystal, from the Fort Mill Sherwin-Williams Store. She went above and beyond to make sure my small order was perfect, despite the challenge of being closed to the public for the pandemic. She met with me at the door with enough samples to ensure I had the perfect stain for my project. I'll be back!

Staff was very helpful. I was looking for exterior paint options and a what I think was the manager who just stopped by went into the back and retrieved several brochures for me to take and review. Another two staffers helped me find paint chips. Customer service was great!
