This is an awesome gym! They got me through the pandemic with love and care. The gym is spotless, full of specialized equipment that they upgrade constantly, and open around the clock. The best part is that they know me by name, ask how I am doing, and if there is anything that I need. Natalia and Amelia are awesome. They always make themselves available to clients for conversation and questions. This is one of the best gyms I have experienced in a lifetime of gyms. Thank you guys!!!!

Snap Fitness of Fort Mill is a really nice gym. However, the customer service at this location highly lacks communication and professionalism. I submitted a termination of membership form via email after an aggravating, yet amusing transition with a personal trainer that was fired from the facility.(that’s a story in itself) Nearly a year later, I received an email stating I owed the gym money, or I would be turned into a collections agency. LOL. After emailing them back about the perplexing and shocking news; they replied back to me saying they did their “research” and still exacted the amount I supposedly owed the gym. I requested a detailed/itemized invoice...and will review it and agree to pay it if it’s Accurate and fair. Anyway, My biggest complaint is WHY AM I JUST NOW HEARING ABOUT THIS?! Are you struggling like I am with finances due to the pandemic!? I understand I may have went about the termination of my membership improperly, but how was I to know that I would be charged? As a former customer I am dismayed and feel that this is unprofessional. The owners seem money hungry and not concerned about the clients; until it comes to collecting the money! You’re way better off joining Planet Fitness or Club Fitness. They have more equipment, better prices and efficient communication regarding membership.

Great place to workout in town. They open even through out pandemic. Super nice people, love being in there. Go and experience. I just love working out in there. No mask, no line. Just absolutely awesome!!!

Great location, good equipment, and friendly staff. The owners, Nick and Natalia really go above and beyond in making everyone feel welcome and are constantly looking to make upgrades and improvements. This gym has everything you could want for your workout needs. I highly recommend.
