Dee Patel, NP of Total Implants was absolutely phenomenal. When I walked into the office I was greeted with the kindest welcome from both the front desk staff and Dr. Patel, they provided a desk for me to fill out the paper work and were there to answer any questions. When I got back to the implant office I was greeted by Dee Patel, she was warm, kind, and went through the entire process and what she suggests for my specific face. This was my first time getting any type of facial implant work done and she truly made me feel so comfortable and calm. The injections were essentially painless and I walked out feeling great! I am excited to get back to the office in 4 months for my check-up. Thank you all for making my appointment so easy and stress FREE!

I searched this place on google and called them to verify my dental insurance within their network , they said Yes . I went ahead schedule routine cleaning but ended up quick exam (3 minutes ) charged me 120 bucks, they said they don’t have anyone would do cleaning at the time and reschedule me back next day. Next day they called and said my insurance won’t pay for routine cleaning and I have to pay out of my pocket or wait another 6 months period . I called my insurance and asked if Total Perio is within the net work ( obviously they’re not within the network and my insurance verify there’s no waiting period) long story short this place would accept any new patient and charge you , bait and switch .

Dee really goes above & beyond to give you background/ knowledge during and gives real recommendations on what path you should take while simultaneously pointing out your unique/perfect features to be thankful for. This place really is the best & i will not go anywhere else! The 2 hour drive is well worth it
