I have been going here for years and I always have a great experience. The entire staff are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and just are all around great people. I recommend this place to everyone I know and the ones who go love it too. Dr. Spratt is simply the best!

We had a very positive experience with Dr. Dutson and the entire staff. Very professional and friendly. They are taking every precaution for covid as well.

The staff and doctors are very courteous, the office is clean and convenient in Fort Mill. However, it stops there... I feel like this place is a big endless money pit. The glasses I got are not comfortable at all, and I'm very saddened because I paid close to 300 for them. I'm curious as to how they have 5 stars, my mind is blown by that. That's the reason I chose to go here. I was rushed and pressured into picking the frames that I got as well as all of these unnecessary add ons. I went back several times to have the glasses adjusted. The glasses dug into the back of my ears and the sides of my nose were so raw and sore. Every time I would call requesting a refund or a different pair of glasses, all I heard was dollar signs and that it was my insurance. I've never gone through anything like this in my life. I thought since my glasses weren't right, I could just wear my contacts instead. I was unable to do that either because the contacts I had were not a good fit. It was recommended to get biweekly contacts but I tried requesting monthlies instead but was told to try these first. I called back and let them know that the contacts weren't a good fit and was told I needed to come back in for a multifocal exam which was 60.00 more. Fast forward 4 months later they are now telling me it's 89.00 to come back in for an office visit to get my contacts changed from biweekly contacts to monthly. I'm just stuck with expensive uncomfortable glasses and no contacts. It's just funny at this point. I will never come back and will never recommend anyone to go here.

I recently moved to SC and had to find a new place for all my eyewear needs. I found this location on Google and was so grateful that I did. This establishment should pride itself on great customer service and excellence. They do an awesome job at handling the Covid-19 guidelines while still making you feel like a valued patient as well. If you're looking for a place to get your eyewear this is the place to go, you won't regret it.
