Buddy of mine told me he got rims here in the past so i stopped in. After going over some options with the owner Tim i went home did some research and found a particular rim i wanted (Motegi Wheels) & this place was on their authorized dealers list..i decided to get a couple quotes with other places just to do some research. I ended up going back here because they were about 15% cheaper than two other quotes I got. They had the rims 2 days later and the installation was fairly quick. Good service, good price, can't complain.

Doesn't use snap finance, but still has snap finance stickers on the counter (while expecting a card reader to cover the sticker to represent they don't use snap instead of just removing it) and then catches an attitude because they dont use snap finance. Even though the website has them as a PARTNER AND RECOMMENDS TO SHOP THERE WITH THEM. Congratulations hub cap city, you played yourself out of a customer. It was a woman that caught the attitude, but i never caught her name. Although she knows more then me in car wheels, definently didnt have to act so rude. Probably runs a very good business and i would've love to make a sale with them, but she just didn't seem to want the money...
Grateful for this local business who helped make a day perfect because of their great customer service. Three months ago I lost a hubcap on my 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis. The car was my dad's and is special to me, so I've kept that ol' Land Shark going. Asked around about where to get a new hub cap and a friend recommended Hub Cap City on Hanson and today I finally called them. No answer so thought they were closed. A guy named Sean called back within 15 minutes and asked how they could help, as they hadn't been open yet when I called but they saw my number had popped up, even though I left no message. I explained, he asked questions, and then said, can I text a picture? Sure. Chandler, another mechanic, gave me his number and we texted back and forth. Within 15 minutes he said they had one and could put it on asap. Within 10 minutes of me arriving, they had it on and even put air in my tires. Talk about wonderful service! They were both friendly, considerate, and professional and made my day with their amazing service and attention to detail. If you ever need a spare hub cap or other services they provide, I highly recommend their expertise.
If I was the owner I would fire the kid working right now he is a lazy piece. All I needed was a simple hub cap dust cover he had baskets full of them but was to lazy to open and try and match the one I needed. He had no customers and acted like it would be such a hassle to try and match up. Lucky I gave one star I will tell every one I know not to waist there time here.
I was in need of a tire and a specific rim for my son's truck. I looked all over the internet for a matching rim and found two matches but the price was very high plus shipping and installation. I also inquired with Hub Cap City in Ft. Myers and spoke with Stephanie, who immediately said she would find what I was looking for. I was hesitant because I had seen some not so good reviews on here, but gave her a chance. I AM so glad that I did - Stephanie called me a short time later with a great quote and was so professional and accommodating. My son was able to get in with an appointment fairly quickly and had the new tire and rim replaced. He said the guys were awesome as well. THANK YOU STEPHANIE & Hub Cap City - for all of your help!!
