Ask for Jessie, he is absolutely amazing. The process was stress free and pleasant. He was very knowledgeable and took the time out to go over all the features in the car. His customer service was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience! This was one of the easiest dealerships to work with. Susann helped make the process so seamless and Chris made sure we got the best price in town. It was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. I just wanted to say this is the most ethical honest dealership that I've dealt with... From the get-go Mr Popp was very honest and upfront about the process of buying the car... The F&I specialist Susann Nogales also!!!! I recently went to Plattner's automotive in Lehigh acres and I was not impressed. Theyre trash. because the car prices they advertised online for a 2012 prius was fake and it was false advertising. It was a bait and switch. When I got to the lot in Lehigh for Plattners they wanted plus 4,000 and they called it \ on the lot deal \. This time around for me, there was none of that with \scanlon Lexus.\ Very happy and pleased and impressed. I will definitely keep them in mind for a car again at the top of my list.....

We came to Lexus when it was time to replace my car. We were greeted by Sam. He was professional, courteous and made my family and I feel at home during the process. He went out of his way to make sure my kids had snacks and felt welcome in the show room. When it came to the car we chose, his knowledge was impeccable. He made sure we knew about the car and all the benefits that come with being apart on the Scanlon family. It was hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had.

Excellent customer service from my salesman, Mark Lee throughout the entire process from pictures to answering questions. I live in SC and after purchase had to fly in to Fort Myers to pick up vehicle. Mark volunteered and actually picked me up at the airport approx 25 minutes away from dealership. Vehicle was spotless when I arrived and paperwork was ready and waiting. I was on my way in no time. Excellent, excellent service. Will definitely consider when purchasing next vehicle. Well worth the travel.
