I am from out of town. I went in with a bad back as a new patient. I have been in town for a week and it had progressively gotten to the point where I had a hard time walking. I waited only a few minutes before being called in. I was interviewed by Nurse Cindy who was professional and friendly. The doctor came in shortly thereafter and after examine me ordered X-rays and two shots for inflammation and pain. Had my X-rays by another friendly and professional tech. I left there in a timely manner with prescriptions and reading material pertaining to my condition. One of the prescriptions was too expensive. I called the clinic and another prescription was prescribed within the hour. I was totally impressed with everyone and in every way I was treated. A. Thanks to all of you for taking care of my problem.

I loved this service. It was super easy, convenient and inexpensive. I took a quick questionnaire about my symptoms and about an hour later I’d been approved for a prescription. The prescription was inexpensive and call them even sent me a coupon for it. I immediately recommended this service to my friend who was having similar issues and would highly suggest someone who is experiencing minor health issues to use this too.

This Urgent Care used to be very good when there was a Dr Kelly worked there. Within the last year, the nurses are great don't get me wrong, but it seems like the doctors or physician assistants can't or won't do anything for you. I have been there with my husband half a dozen times and the X-ray machine either doesn't work or its insufficient for a complete x-ray, The Physician assistants can't prescribe medicine certain medications, they don't want to do anything, the person who does a referral takes a week or more to get a referral completed so you can see another doctor even though it's an emergency, she or he does not want to do the work. I am moving on to another facility that can treat me like a human being and now a test subject.

The wait was a little long, but service good. I waited in my car and was called when ready. Service was good and had something in my eye that they removed and sent in prescription. They worked under my copay, so cost was completely reasonable compared to other facilities and of course the ER.

Walked in for help, front desk lady tried telling me I could not be seen because of my service dog. I informed her it is against law to refuse a service dog. She claimed it was their policy. Federal law outranks a businesses policy. Will be reporting them to the DOJ.
