ABSOLUTE BEST BODY SHOP I'VE DEALT WITH IN THE MORE THAN 30 YEARS I'VE BEEN IN THE CAR BUSINESS. THEY ARE SO GOOD THAT DEALERSHIPS USE THEM OVER THEIR OWN PAINT AND BODY SHOPS. We were recently in an accident and were so worried our van would not drive or look the same . I had my King Ranch that is a 2005 painted by them. The roof and the hood. Roof had a rust spot but overall it seemed pretty straight forward. I had recently replaced my sunroof and the back cab light in the truck. After picking up truck a few months down the road the roof started bubbling on the new paint job. When I took it back the woman there kept blaming my truck and she was so rude. George stepped in nice guy. Made an appt for a month later. I gave it to them and when I went to pick it up they said it wouldn’t be warranted because there was rust all under the headliner and leaked at light and sunroof. I had driven it 3 months and not one sign of water. They said they had not touched either the light or sunroof. After getting it home I left it out front in 3 days of rain because it had never leaked before. After the 3rd day I went out to check it headliner was soaked and back seats. I took headliner out and roof underside had no rust but one small area the size of a nickel. Rest was clean. When I took off light in roof they had put black sealant gasket stuff that was not sealing. I put that light in and that never leaked and I didn’t put that sealant gunk there. Ok then the sunroof was played with and I adjusted it and reset it and I’m back to being dry. Then I walk around the back of my truck and my back tail light is cracked. I have pictures that I took that say it wasn’t when I brought it there. I won’t go back about the tail light because I can’t go back to a place that blames the customer for poor workmanship. I would never refer anyone to this place yet I gave it 3 stars because without George fixing the bubbles on the roof from the first job I would have been screwed. Just hoping 3 months down the road I don’t have big bubbles again under my paint. Just be careful if choosing them.
