After 4, yes 4 visits to DMV, I finally had to change from the okeechobee office to Walton rd DMV offices. All because I bought a used car, AT a GM dealership in Red Bud, IL and the car is in michigan. I had to get the dealership and a law-enforcement officer (LEO) in Grandville, MI get ink signatures on a Florida VIN# form. Total hassle. Next time it will be registered in michigan. Even the michigan LEO questioned why? Everyone is a criminal now. Thanks to Walton Road DMV. Okechobee rd - don't bother.
