The manager was fully engaged ensuring customer service and accuracy. I recommend you give this location a try when switching services. Saved me time, money and confusion. Job well done all around.

Krystal was awesome! I came into the store wanting to switch from AT&T to T Mobile for a lesser monthly bill... Krystal made that happen. She was so patient, friendly & very helpful!!! I've been with AT&T for 10 years and never experienced such great customer service. I also learned she works at the Jensen store.. I let her know that I would be traveling to see her for any of my needs because her customer service was PHENOMENAL!!!!!! Thank you Krystal for making my switch to Tmobile one to remember :)

Wish I could give zero stars!. The guy with long black hair, whose hair was in a ponytail is extremely rude! Gave me a weird and lazy vibe when asking him simple questions!. I walked in to get a phone and becuz of him I switch immediately to a different phone company. If u don't like your job leave!
