Went in after visiting several other stores in the Fort looking for a two stage thermostat for my malfunctioning furnace (of course on the coldest day yet!). Store was clean, staff were helpful. Had no problem finding someone to unlock a glass case to retrieve said thermostat. Price was lower than expected. A nice bonus!

A great home improvement retail store. There is a wide variety of items from tools to automotive parts. A place to satisfy anyone's needs.

Went into exchange a 1/2 ratchet that broke on me after less than a year of very limited use. After waiting at customer service for 20 mins was told they don’t have any in their store and I would have to travel to the next town to exchange. It being such a common tool baffles me that they didn’t have it in stock to exchange. On many different occasions I have entered the store to be met with less than a positive environment. Some workers are pleasant but definitely a few bad apples in there that don’t know what customer service is. Would like to support fort sask but will travel to Sherwood park from here on out.

Nice store but dated. It’s clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and courteous. I am used to the Canadian Tire on Manning Drive which opened a couple of years ago and is larger and more modern. This store is well stocked but will not have as many choices as the larger store. I still like all Canadian Tire stores. In the future I would come again if I am in Fort Saskatchewan.

Fast efficient friendly knowledgeable service. Miss the coffee though. Covid stuff.
