Amazing! They are so great with my kids, and patient. Dr. Shaw is personable, always full of fun facts, and able to hold the kids attention through the exams, which I appreciate. Kayla is also great with my very shy daughter who's had glasses since she was 2. Overall friendly, welcoming environment. I'd pay a bit more for glasses everyday if it comes with good customer service.

I've been going to Fort Sask Eyecare for many years now. The staff are very friendly, helpful and professional, especially Kelly. She's made some great suggestions and gotten myself out of my normal comfort zone when it comes to frames. I've been bringing our young children to them for regular eye exams and they love the doctors and the staff as they not only make it comfortable for them, but fun as well (the gumball machine filled with treats/toys really helps out, lol). I highly recommend Fort Sask Eyecare!
I had a great experience with Dr Wyatt Shaw! He took the time to answer all my questions throughly, and made certain my eye prescription was the best fit for me. He has lots of knowledge about his field. The whole Fort Saskatchewan Eyecare team is awesome!
This place is amazing! I had problems with the prescription I was prescribed at another place and this place helped me and took the time to find out what was wrong. They fixed it and gave me a deal on the new lens, because I only bought them 6 days prior at the other place. Thank you!
I originally went to see Dr. Shaw as I had some concerns about my vision. He was kind, friendly, thorough, and reassuring. I later went back when my glasses broke and saw Dr. Lafreniere, as well as Kelly who helped me pick out my new frames. They were also both friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
The optometrist I saw told me I had lines of white in both my eyes the likes of which she'd never seen. Alarmed, I asked to be referred to an opthamologist. Not having received a call about the referral after calling back for at least a month, my family doctor sent me to an eye surgeon who told me it's macular degeneration which, she said, is optometry 101. I have since been to another optometrist who said the one at this clinic should have known, should not have alarmed me and I should not then have been put off waiting for a referral.

Love all of the staff at Fort Sask Eye Care. They were quick to fit my daughter in for an unexpected eye emergency and so helpful with the follow up appointments. We also fitted her for new glasses and Kelly’s assistance was great in picking the perfect pair. We have been clients for years and have always had excellent service! Highly recommend.
