I’d give them 6 stars but the reading material in the lobby was from 4months ago and the walls were painted a weird h&r block green. Other than that Laura was great with our paperwork in a timely manner while amazingly cutting paper with her business card. Note. Don’t eat the tiny mints on her desk (they’re not mints)
Laura is by far the BEST! tax expert I have ever dealt with and I will never go to anyone else!
I had to take my taxes else where because they hadn't a clue on how to deal with pensions.
They didn't file my taxes and I had no idea until the cra contacted me saying they hadn't received anything... even though I paid for the service it wasn't filed until I called them in November. Worst service and I would not recommend trusting this branch.
