Usually have an amazing experience here but very disappointed today. Came to do business, expecting it to be open till 7 like it always is on Thursdays. Walk in the lobby to see someone locking the door. It's okay to change your hours through this time but you should also post them online, where most people look for hours. Not impressed.

Service is horrible, after the long timers retired. This bank is extremely not giving a darn about older long term customers. It took me 2 months to transfer retirement money. Why?
