I do not recommend shopping at this location in comparison to other Shoppers Drug Mart locations. Their cosmetic staff isn't very knowledgeable in purchasing/redeeming full size cologne sampler packs. The test kit retails for 110 and they wanted to allow me to redeem an 80 bottle of cologne claiming the testers is where the 30 discrepancy is. To their defence, the list on the cologne guide shows that size of a full bottle but contrary to what they’re claiming, the back of the pamphlet specifics a PLU# number for the staff to use valued at 125. I regularly buy these kits and this is the only location that has tried to get me to do this and Amy was quick to follow it up with a “speak to my manager who’s not in right now”. This isn’t my first experience with staff that frankly doesn’t care. I’ll never shop here again and hope you don’t either until the staff gets further training or a change over. Direct example of negligence.

I wouldn’t recommend shopping at this location unless you enjoy being followed around the store by the cosmetic staff. My sisters and I normally enjoy shopping at this location as the cosmetic department has a large selection of makeup. Not entirely sure if we were suspected of stealing but we were blatantly followed around the store to the point where we were embarrassed. I recently had a baby so I don’t get to shop much alone so continually being watched was anything but enjoyable. I understand the staff need to be mindful of theft but there is still a way to treat your customers without making them feel like a thief. I contacted the store requesting to speak to a manager and was informed someone would contact me. I was never contacted. Extremely disappointed in the customer treatment at this location.

I usually go to the other shoppers in fort, but this one is also very nice with a large selection of makeup and designer fragrances.

I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped inside. The entrance leads you through their beauty boutique, almost like a Sephora-style shop, complete with beauty advisors/sales ladies. Then there’s a big door through the wall on the right that leads you to their store filled with more beauty stuff and everything else, from health to home needs, even food and decor. I found some closeout items to buy. Pricing overall is ok, but it seems you can get more discounts with their store rewards card. I did not use the pharmacy, so my review is just for the store. There were only two registers that were open, but both ladies were friendly and helpful. Parking is not a problem at all. This convenient location is next to a Starbucks, restaurants and other shops.
