Professionalism at its best...Roxy and the team are the best at what they do. I had a lot of fun picking out glasses and doing the exams. Yes I’m getting old and need them now but i felt comfortable and was never embarrassed at the thickness of my lenses. All o can say is Visit their location and feel like you are welcome at royalty level.
I would highly recommend Vivid Vision for anyone looking for a new optometrist. Dr. Fletcher and her staff are very professional and truly care about the needs of their clients. The expansion of their practice over the last few years is great to see and well-deserved. Keep up the good work!
Amazing place with even better people. Roxy is an absolute sweetheart and the most helpful I've ever experienced. The prices are very reasonable and Vivid Vision goes above and beyond for new and existing customers. It's a shame I could only give 5 stars because they deserve way more. I am highly impressed with Dr. Fletcher and her amazing staff. Dr. Fletcher has extensive medical experience after completing her education at some of the most advanced universities and medical facilities in the USA. It’s a great pleasure to have her move and practice optometry in our little community of Fort Saskatchewan of all places. Vivid vision offers the latest and most technological equipment available in the industry today. Combined with her high level of training and pleasant personality, I have found my optometrist for life!!! I am also highly impressed with Vivid visions staff. They are just as valuable as the doctor herself. I had the pleasure today of dealing with Marisa and Roxy today. I purchased a set of high quality safety work glasses and they were excellent in every step of the way from helping me pick out the glasses, to measuring them up and delivering the product. I highly recommend this optometry faculty and hope they are around for years to come.

This place is great! I recently moved to Fort Saskatchewan and needed to find an eye doctor in the city. I did some googling and gave across Vivid Visions. I ultimately decided on here because I knew where it was located and the aesthetic of this place sold me. The space is beautiful and well decorated and they do a great job at following all COVID guidelines so I felt very safe. All the ladies I interacted with were very friendly, knowledge, and overall very helpful. The prices were also very competitive with other offices ive seen for name brand frames. This place definitely deserves a 5-star review and I would recommend to anyone!
I have gone to vivid vision for about 15 years and they've always been so willing to go the extra mile and help whenever needed. Highly Recommended! Always a great experience.
