You know even tho every time I come here it’s slammed the staff is always friendly and I don’t ever see orders messed up. Best exchange Starbucks I’ve been too ever in the 15 or so exchanges ive been to. Awesome crew.
Absolutely horrible customer service, employees have rude attitudes. This location also likes to pick and choose who they let use their gift cards. They had already made my drink and STILL wouldn’t let me use my gift card. Well, I walked out without using my gift card and without my drink. Their loss. I would highly encourage anyone to just make the short drive off post rather than dealing with rude employees and issues at checkout.
Nice star buck's in Fort Sill Oklahoma.It was a nice experience to have my coffee in another state then Texas lol.Very nice clean friendly place.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! Me and multiple others have been victim to one of the employees storing card information and completing fraudulent transactions at this store! Avoid this location unless you want to risk your information being compromised also!
