About the worst experience with an internet provider I have ever had. I had no other options and the reviews warning me away were true. Biggest issues up front. Customer service via phone, and account management. 1. Their robo call menu is a long, arduous process to speak to a person and some of the options wont even allow you to do so. 2. I had automatic payments set up, and moved addresses. I have the same account, but now my automatic payments do not work, I cannot view my new statements online for the new address, and can only pay via phone. Almost was hit by a late fee because of this. Moving addresses through Suddenlink was a nightmare in its own right with "scheduled" appointments being a 4-hour time block and difficulty in reaching a person to schedule one. Their reviews probably already have said enough to you, but here's another one saying you should probably try your luck elsewhere.

This is the worst service ever provided. Internet cuts out and is choppy and laggy. Customer Service is a joke they’ll beat around the bush to save the embarrassment of them “suddenlink” being wrong, there has yet been someone that provides an honest straight answer. Fort Sill needs to suspend horrible service on its base, it’s not even mediocre.

I was using the Support Bot to get some assistance in verifying an outage in my area of Fort Sill. The Bot said it’d take the Engineers four hours to fix. It’s been a week and still it’s not fixed! No one even gave an ETA as to when it’d be good or gave a phone call to update me on progress. If it wasn’t for the fact that it doesn’t exist on Post I’d be using the more expensive yet more reliable Fidelity Link or Spectrum. Btw this is the second outage, since my time being here, within 3 months.

The whole time we have had their service, which has been 3 years, we have had nothing but issues with their cable service. Also, when we first got there service, we were paying around 140 dollars a month. Since then they have consistently raised their prices and now we pay over 200 dollars a month. When I asked them why they had raised prices yet again they said because of maintenance in the area. Last time I checked you pay cabel services for the service that they offer not for the maintenance that they conduct in the area

Don’t waste your money on this service. It’s absolute garbage. If you play video games, you’ll be lagging all over the screen. Try to use it for your phone/laptop, your devices will still be running slow. Just purchase a hotspot through your cell phone provider, I promise you it’ll be 10x better than getting Wifi through Suddenlink.

Not talking about this location in general because it's closed to covid. I'm talking about the company as a whole. My services were down before I ever used them, as in they installed it, told me to give the modem like 20 mins then it should be okay. NOPE could not access a single web page, and to add insult to injury the modem they provided cut off every 5 to 7 mins. Called customer service and all I got was a recording saying it was an outage in my area then it hung up. Crazy thing is, the person in the room next door has the same service and it's running fine. I proceeded to use the online chat option, from my phone of course, and before I could tell him what I was experiencing he starts with the same as the recorded message. Then goes on to say he's sending a signal to the modem to see if it's connected. Not knowing that I worked for Comcast for years and if you send a signal to a modem it will reboot it. None of the light on my modem did anything so he pretended to send one.. I have soo much more to say about the company, but I'm tired. I will be contacting the BBB in the morning.

This is horrible. The customer service is bad. Couldn't even get my internet set up and they kept on rescheduling and wasting my time. They emailed me multiple times about my schedule and only to wait and find out no one was coming out to get my internet done so great. Worst internet service ever
