Everyone needs a great experience with the Doctors and their staff especially when it is an urgent matter. There's nothing worse than being sick and having to put up with a rude girl behind some glass partition. However, I for one did not have an emergency. I just needed a COVID test I had just sat down after I filled out paperwork and I was called back. The nurse greeted me very kindly and pointed to my room. She wanted to take my temperature and blood pressure. That's impressive. I just needed a test. She left the room and returned with her "weapons of torment" just kidding. If you have ever had a covid test you would know what I mean. Once that was completed, she left to test it. I didn't know that you can get the rapid test and receive results with in a few minutes. When she returned, she told me the results, negative. She was so kind. Thank you for getting to me so quickly and with such professionalism. I will return and refer this clinic to everyone Patient

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Michelle was truly a Godsend. She listens and truly cares and genuinely wants to help you. You can tell that this was her calling not just a job to her. I will be going to Baptist for all my families healthcare needs from here on out.
