The girl working the front desk was so kind and thoughtful. Filled out my paperwork for me because I'm right handed and injured my right thumb. I was taken back timely. Even though they were slammed with patients, Mary took her time with me. As gentle and nice as she could be with placing stitches. The nurse helping her was skilled, considerate and so friendly. I couldn't have asked for more compassionate staff. I didn't have to wait the 6 hours, received great care, and made it on time to see my kids for Christmas. Stitches and all. They're the best team from front counter, to procedure room!

Had to get a covid test and the lady that worked and did the test on me was so kind and understanding. I have a difficult time with the nose swabs so she sat me down and explained the whole process and was very patient with me even though i was a blubbering mess which meant the world to me. Would return again the staff were all kind and patient with me during a difficult time. Two thumbs up

During such difficult times, the staff here is so kind. From the moment I walked in the door, till my visit was over, every staff member treated my with empathy, kindness, compassion, and understanding. The receptionist, nurse and doctor took time to explain the process and answer my questions. My son and I were seen at the same time, and my child said “they’re nice”. We both highly recommend Baptist Heath Urgent Care.

Awesome amazing nurse, very detailed. Listens and takes down all your info, and I got a lot. The APN addressed my situation the best she could, and was very sweet. Great facility.
