My first order of a bouquet did not meet my standards or the expectations of what is advertised on their site. Unfortunately, due to listing our home, (and the mad scramble that can be ontop of our regular schedule), I couldn't call to express my dissatisfaction in a timely manner. When I called after 7 weeks, in need of another bouquet to the same person, I couldn't have been more thrilled with how accommodating and understanding the management was! They completely rectified the error with a stunning bouquet that reflected their design excellence and my expectations. What a wonderful experience! The apologies and gratitude expressed for my complaint to them was unexpected and matched their perfect compensation. I highly recommend them on their beautiful creations and excellent customer service! They have won my loyalty for life.

My Sister called you guys at 1:30pm on Valentines Day- distraught. You not only made a beautiful arrangement, you had it to our Mom in 2 hours! (Our Mom lives close to shop, we don't want review readers to expect miracles or have unrealistic expectations- ) The design was left to your will and it was beautiful!
