Do not use this service. They do not respect their customers. I've asked repeatedly after turning in my equipment to be removed from all contact. It's been almost a year and I still get noticed to replace my accessories and products. They also try to promote other medical services (family related) for their personal gain. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. We'll see where that goes...
