Quest Diagnostics offers poor customer service as far speed, and professionalism. I made an appointment through a automated machine because I was unable to speak to anyone at Quest. I made an appointment to get a test at this location that was supposed to be offered. When I arrived the date of my appointment I waited for 45 minutes only to be told that they don’t offer the test I made an appointment for. Don’t bother wasting your time or patience with Quest, go anywhere else.

I went for my pre employment drug screening.. The doctor texted me to call them, so I did. I was then put on hold for 10 minutes and afterwards was put on the line with the rudest doctor I've ever come into contact with. By the end of the 2 minute conversation he hung up on me. Very professional. 0/10 would do again.

Would give a minus 5 if I could. Can't get a hold of anyone to ask questions or get help. On hold over an hour they told can't transfer. This place is bull____.
