This is the ONLY garage door company in FS that answered their phone or called me back!!! And I’m so glad they did because they were amazing!!! Like most people, when googling a place, I automatically go with the one who has the highest number of reviews...but when those guys didn’t return my calls, I finally called Southwest Garage Door. They have a receptionist WHO ANSWERS THE PHONE!! Not only that, but they came out to repair my broken garage door within a COUPLE OF HOURS and it only took them a COUPLE OF MINUTES to undo all the damage I had done by backing into my opening garage door a few days earlier. We’re talking wheels off the track, broken cable, door bent and bowed at the bottom...And within 10 mins, it was like it never happened! All at a price I could afford!! These guys are professional, affordable, and prompt (Can I get an Amen!?)...everything you want when it comes to garage door repair!!! Don’t waste your time on anyone else (they probably won’t answer or return your call anyway! Ha!)

The torsion spring broke on my garage door this morning when my wife took the kids to school. Sounded like an incredibly loud bang. Phoned up Southwest Garage Door, and they dispatched a service person within the hour. The garage door spring was replaced, oiled up, and now works perfectly again. I was amazed at their response time. Thanks for being so prompt and professional! Will gladly recommend!
