This company runs an incompetent operation and has been a frustration for 2 years, they can't return uniforms to the right facility in a even remotely reasonable amount of time, and they finally bring back clean uniforms 6 months after the employee sent them to be cleaned. I wouldn't recommend this uniform company to anyone, the employees have stains on cleaned and returned uniforms. Embarrassing. The employees are discouraged to send uniforms to be cleaned not to mention repaired because they won't get any back.

This company will charge you for clothes that never existed. And then if you go online and post a review they will bribe you with lowering the cost you owe them to post a 5 star review. What a bunch of crooks

After giving Miranda Palmer a Cintas invoice with the prices blacked out she gave us a quote for the same items for 10,000 per year less. The savings allowed the town to offer better quality uniforms to more employees while still reducing the overall cost. The service after the contract was signed has been phenomenal. Our route driver Bobby has been extremely helpful and friendly. We have been very pleased with our decision to go with UniFirst for all of our uniform and facility needs and would highly recommend them to anyone needing these services.
