Don't even bother. The employees are rude. The lack of customer service is astounding. They change their rules constantly. You are better off going to a locally owned jewelry store that actually cares how the customer is treated.

The service in store was really good but I had to order a ring in my size as well as get my wife’s ring sized which is fine but it’s been a month now of waiting for them to come back in and every single time I call I can’t get an answer. I can call almost 20 times and they’ll never answer. They also don’t offer a voicemail box for call backs either.

My sister and I went to get our rings cleaned and the manager tried to tell my sister that her warranty that she has kept up with for seven year was voided because they didn't enter one of her inspections into their system back in December. She was very rude and not helpful at all. My whole family has gotten their rings from Zales but I will never suggest anyone buy anything from them ever again.
