This location has very poor customer service. I took my car to another location and needed them to send two documents: a 'we owe' that said I could have keys made - and my extended warranty info for my engine light (thermostat failed for the coolant system). Somehow, even after the Fairfield dealership called Fort Thomas twice and I personally called twice, they didn't respond until almost 7 hours had passed between me dropping off the car and them responding - to the store-to-store request. This isn't my only frustration; if you try to call and speak with any of the management staff, expect to go to voicemail. Previous attempts to get a key have been difficult when trying to set up an appointment.
