I brought my car in for an oil change in August and asked them to check my rear tire as the brakes occasionally made a screeching sound. I was called a short time later to pick up my car, which was surprisingly faster than usual. I asked if they checked on the noise from the rear tire and the technician told me everything looked good according to their 14 point inspection. The next day it briefly made the sound again and my dad joked that it must have been the 15th point. Joking aside, the caliper seized and it is now costing me 675. I don't think I can trust them for more than an oil change from now on.

Chris and staff very friendly. They were willing to stay a few minutes after close so I could pick up my car. Fantastic customer service, this is my new regular shop.
