All this hospital care about is if you have insurance. Every single time I had to come to this hospital, I ended up with a bill. And they bill you for procedures that didn’t take place then try to justify it. I went went COVID first started for something else and I was wearing a N95 masks. The nurse told me I had to remove it and wear the hospital paper masks. I said absolutely I will not. She was very rude! And she has on two masks. Really!

This place is the worst! I’ve been here 4 times in one week due to their own incompetence. I was waiting in the back room waiting on my discharge papers and have yet to be seen. Then took it upon myself to get up and see what was the issue. I see all the nurses laughing and carrying on when there’s work to be done. The whole facility is unprofessional!

Like another reviewer, I made an appointment in 1C, and drove 90 minutes to get here, only to be told they were short that day and would only honor the appointment if i was over 65. They literally have my category, age, DOB, and all contact information. They couldve saved so many of us the drive and risk. I called the health department to file a formal complaint. They said they've been getting a lot about this company for the same reason. The health department was able to get me in somewhere else thank god.

By far the best hospital I’ve been to. I came in late Wednesday morning with crucial stomach pain. Immediately the doctors had an idea of what it was and got me a CT can and found out i had appendicitis and it ruptured in which i had to get emergency surgery. Not only did they perform the surgery they removed an umbilical hernia as well. I was in a lot of pain but every single nurse that came in room 228B took great care of me. S/o to my nurses Ann and Sharon they were the sweetest took great care of me. My CNA’s as well i can’t remember their name but they were great as well. My surgeon Dr.Rodriquez thank you for practically saving my life I’m forever grateful. The whole staff is amazing i really appreciate every single one of you thank you thank you thank you i can’t say it enough. Amazing staff extremely grateful. I’ll be back Friday for my post op lunch on Dimitri.

I'm new to MD and in the Northeast you get all kinds of big hospital's good stars, but the time frames are lacking. This place was excellent!!! The staff was wonderful to me, my daughter. Beautiful people and during this pandemic accommodating. Also very important fast, efficient work. Small convenient hospital with all the amenities attached x-rays, CT scan, & labs great . Can't complain, once the 2nd stimulus is passed give all the worker's a big raise. Just add some flowers outside. Thank you all!!
