1st. time going here. Staff was friendly and professional. I went there to have service to correct an issue and was told what I had asked for wouldn't correct the issue before they even worked on the car. I asked them to do the work anyway and a major issue was discovered which required me leaving the car. I was shuttled back to my home and when the work was completed they called me and sent a ride to bring me back to pick it up. Need to update this rating. I actually got a call from the shop checking on how the vehicle was running. Definitely shoots up to top notch in my book.

The staff! They’re AMAZING! Sam is one of the most personable guys you’d ever want to meet, Felipe is extremely knowledgeable about these wonderful machines and Tamara is as talented a manager as they come. They have not only made a permanent customer out of me, but family as well. If you don’t take tour vehicle to them, you might as well just abandon it on the side of the road...

Great place with some awesome and friendly staff! They helped me out with my my car’s inspection and were very quick to help me set another appointment for my other car. Place was very clean and nice. I would 100% recommend this place.

I was a walk-in, needing an oil change, my tires checked, etc. From the parking lot, to the front desk, everyone was very polite, attentive and welcoming. The service was great, and they were very transparent with what I needed. Will 100% return for my next service!

Felipe, customer service was absolutely amazing. I have not experience this type of service in a very long time. He had patience, made sure I understood everything that I was having done to my car. The wait time was extremely quick as a waited for my service to finish. All of the workers were pleasant on the phone and in person. I am so appreciative of this service I had today and recommend that others use Fort Washington Auto and Tire.
