I was able to locate a appliance from them pretty fast and i opted to pick it up from the warehouse since it was so close. Got a good deal on a portable AC and in less than 24hrs got my AC. I would definitely use this again the other big box stores just had nothing in stock.
Went to pick up my new refrigerator. The ladies in the office got the order pulled up right away. The young kid who pulled the fridge was very polite and helpful. They helped me squeeze it into the back of my Suburban very quickly.
Bought stuff turns out it's broken a friend bought stuff turns out it's also broken try and call them to get it fixed and no response worst customer service ever they seem nice and friendly but I don't trust them anymore.
I have been a Gerhard's customer for more than 25 yrs and I am very happy with their service & the personal care that they give their customers.
