Phenomenal customer service! So much so that we have purchased 3 Harleys from this location in the last few months. We did visit other Harley dealerships in between purchases but due to the great customer service we returned right back to Harley-Davidson of Washington, DC to make our purchases. They have treated us like family from day one. We are new Harley owners so we had multiple questions for each department (Service, parts, clothing, finance…..). Each department has very knowledgeable staff and are willing to help. Thank you for making this such a great experience and adventure.
