Looks are deceiving from the front. The inside is much nicer than it appears from the outside. The rooms were very nice and super clean. Justin and Majeet (the managers) were so friendly and accommodating. Majeet brought me extra tea bags and Justin had a hair dryer brought up right away when mine died. I would definitely stay here again.

They're doing an excellent job amidst the pandemic! Cleaned and sanitized room. Commendable customer service. Delicious and wholesome breakfast options (Impressed with the fact that they're putting an effort to provide hot breakfast alongside respecting the safety of people). Of course, no room service provided but that goes understood! (The world ain't covid free yet!). All in all worth the price paid!

Having driven 7 hours with a bad knee, this hotel was a sanctuary. I am handicapped, this is one of the first times I have utilized a handicapped room. As you seen the photos is very specious and has the appropriate design for those in a wheelchair, Walker and other devices. My only complaint would be the height of the sink. It seems that the sink was designed to be at normal height however if I was in a wheelchair it would be very difficult to utilize this sync. I arrived at the hotel somewhere around 2 in the morning, The staff was already prepared for me being late and has supplied two extra pillows which I had requested. The rooms are very very quiet, my room was right next to the elevators and I never heard anything. In the morning they had a free buffet breakfast. The assortment of fruits, eggs turkey sausage, different types of cereal and the likes; there was enough food and juices to make a hungry man full. The room temperature control was in the room and available for patron to adjust for heat or cold. I have not yet been disappointed by a Holiday inn Express and suites. The price is competitive to the other hotels in the area and they do offer a full size gym for those who would like to work. I would strongly this hotel based on price, room convenience and the morning breakfast. P.S. I do regret though that hotel does not have a restaurant inside.

The nicest people at the front desk. Hotel is very clean and the rooms are as well. They make you feel like extremely welcome from the moment you check in. Ashley at the front desk checked me in, she was so sweet & her customer service skills were top notch. Honestly the best customer service and all around experience I’ve received at a hotel in a long time.
