I love the video that the service tech sent for my review. I also appreciated how quickly the car was completed and ready for pick up. The contracted crew that gets the cars and brings them back were so polite and nice. Lastly, my only criticism is that the car wash is usually \down\ when I take my cars in for service.

I have now had 2 fantastic experiences with West German BMW and Roy. The first time I leased a 2018 BMW 3 series and Roy and the WG team made the entire process very easy and enjoyable. I have also always had my car serviced here and it has been a breeze. Most recently, as my lease was coming to an end, I reached out to Roy and was incredibly pleased with what they were offering. West German clearly cares very much about their customers and it really shows. Roy Jenkins is a fantastic Client Advisor and I highly recommend working with him and the WG team! I had great experience getting my car serviced at West German BMW in Ft. Washington, PA location. While dropping off and picking up the car I was greeted by courteous staff. My loaner and my own car were ready within few minutes of my arrival and cleaned for COVID-19

My BMW 335I had a issue with check engine light coming on, on my way back home from a trip. It was a Saturday and I unfortunately did not make the service department. West German was a clean, very nice place. Parking and door access was easy and the pull in bay for service was very professional. Overall - I called and they had a master bmw tech come out and speak with me, I had to call Monday to schedule. It was about a week and half wait to bring in car so I ended up fixing the issue myself. However I if not the long wait, I would most definitely have them service my vehicle!
