I was referred to Chris Baily and Baily's Hyperformance and am grateful I found them! Immediately the team gave me a sense of confidence that they knew not only what they were doing, but what was needed to be done. They are pros with my supercharged Ram 1500 ... they operate with technical expertise and professionalism, and their attention to detail is refreshing. But they also treat me (and every other customer I saw walk through the door) with tremendous empathy, care and understanding. With fair prices, convenient scheduling and a top notch crew, this is where I will have my vehicle serviced! Highly recommended!

Just picked up my 2011 Challenger SRT8 today from Baily’s! I am beyond satisfied! Chris, Marlene and the entire team took great care of me. Communication was great. My experience with Baily’s Hyperformance has been nothing but top notch. I first contacted Baily’s to inquire about what could be done to meet my goals and stay within my personal budget. Chris (the owner) called me personally to discuss the options and provided all the details on what could be done. After we settled on a build plan (custom cam, ported heads, cat delete, & tune), Chris walked me through the process and expected timeline with the build and was willing to answer every last question I had. During the build I was updated on the progress often. When there was an unexpected issue during the tuning process, it was quickly troubleshot, and resolved. When the car was complete, it was everything that I was looking for in the build. From sound of the custom cam while sitting at a stop light, to the top end pull from the additional power. I truly believe that Chris cares about the customer, the quality of the build, and can deliver on what he says.
