Twice now I have needed an extension on my loan and Bridgecrest was more than willing to accommodate me. They have been nothing short of helpful and understanding , what I don’t understand are all the negative reviews. All you need to do is keep the communication open with them and they WILL work with you!! Great company and highly recommended!!

I dont really understand this financial company i had deal with so many financial company's in the past this one is the worse I can't make a payment every month same issue the app is not working and the website is not accepting my TD account ?!!! I think they do that so they can try to charge customers late fee?!!
A perfect example of legal mafias. They have no humanity left in them. Please read the paper carefully before you sign anything with this legal scammers. Especially, the refinancing section. For me to refinance my car, I have to pay almost 4000. That’s is unacceptable. Just because we don’t understand the agreement or don’t have the time to read it. That doesn’t mean we need to be taken advantage off. This is not a business, this is a rip off legally. I wouldn’t recommend this loan company for my enemy’s.
Its an okay company although they are ripping people off and I have been paying them since July 2017 and wont be done paying until August 2022 and I just know from the experience i will NEVER finance a car EVER I would rather pay a car in cash from now on the car is already been giving me problems and I have paid more on the car than what it is worth but it is getting me from A to B i will continue to pay I dont want any debt but like i said again I will never finance a car anymore.
Not the best when it comes to customer service issues. After mulitple do not call messages they continue to call and harrass us for payments not made on the exact due date. If you don't make your payment within the first hours of the morning when your payment is due you will receive non stop daily phone calls. We have paid on time on every payment and have paid off one car with them already. They do not know the meaning of customer service.
