Office visit takes about 3 hours. First hour in waiting room. Second in exam room. You'll see doctor last hour but it will be rushed. Front desk is short and doesn't care about HIPPA privacy guidelines. The whole waiting room will know your private information or reason for visiting. Medical assistant line will only call you back after 3rd attempt. Be patient and prepared to advocate for yourself. The clinicians want to care but the practice just takes too many patients at a time. They do on site labs and have lots of capability. I wish it was better managed. Okay clinic but be aware.

Called said I could do it by text instead of waiting on hold, they responded to the text 6 hrs later! They asked if my issue had been handled I said no and no response. There texting service is horrible at best.
Is a bad costumer service when i call the office. They can't send my prescription correctly to my pharmacy and on top of that I have waiting more then one week for that and they don't do nothing about it.
The experience with my family member was great, the staff goes out of their way to help and make the patient feel welcomed. The manager always on the go with her staff making sure they do not miss a beat. Provider Salaices has excellent beside manner which is very rare . The experience was outstanding. You can tell the staff works well together, organized from beginning to the end. Job well done ladies!
