So, the warehouse guy - pulls the right ticket, loads the incorrect material, it gets installed. Installers realize they are short and so we order two boxes of carpet. The next week we go to pic up carpet for the next job and they realize it is not there. How is this? Then we get a call from the property from the first load we picked up and we are informed the wrong carpet is installed. So now both orders are messed up, we have to order more carpet for the second job, reinstall the first job. So of course we ask for a credit due to their employee's error. Now we receive a letter saying they are just getting too big and they can't handle as many deliveries in Austin and they need to cut back on customers. I have 12 days to get all my materials out of their warehouse and I need to stop all future deliveries. \But I am one of many\ and this \has nothing to do with the error\. Seven years of business and we get a 12 day notice! Way to go Robert and Team!!!
