Quick efficient service. I was in and out in under 50 minutes for my oil change/Tire rotation and they included a car wash! I thought it was really cool that they send you a link for a one minute video showing you your undercarriage and some of the things they looked at and their condition. Very informative.

Recently just bought a used Infinity QX80 from this dealership. I was not impressed at all with their customer service. The only person who has been outstanding to work with is Michael Wells. The sales person who handled my car sales was VERY unprofessional and didn't help at all when I called with questions. The only person who help was Michael who I believe is in finance. He should be rewarded for his effort.
Ray and Austin were exceptional throughout the entire process, very honest, very responsive, very efficient. Finance manager was on point, enjoyed the experience start to finish and absolutely love the vehicle! This is our 2nd purchase experience through Hiley, we'll be back for our 3rd once the other lease is up.
