I can’t even review my time with the doctor. I had a 2:00 appointment and spent 2 hours waiting. And when I left the room I see the doctor talk to the ladies at the desk, which I was listening to for over 15 minutes. When I left the receptionist at checkout said we usually ask new patients to wait 2-3 hours, which is unfathomable. Do I want to reschedule? Absolutely not.

As a seasonal allergy sufferer with allergies in every season I do not get a break. Dr Haden and Ben have helped me minimize flareups and manage symptoms which means far fewer sick days. I honestly do not know what I would have done without them. I was a little worried about going in during COVID19 but shouldn't have been. When arriving for an appointment they take your temperature at the door and send you back to your car. You then call to check in and are asked several screening questions. At that point you wait for a call letting you know they are ready for you. Everyone is masked up and you are taken directly to your exam room. I felt 100% safe the entire time.
Dr. Haden is wonderful and his staff is amazing!
Been going for 3 years and I am finally trying a new place because my allergies never got better. They never really seemed to care to try to fix that....never even seemed slightly concerned. Also, they hand our steroids like candy it seems rather than trying to actually fix the problem. In 3 years I have spend probably a whole 20 minutes total with the actual doctor, hes in and out, not very friendly, and doesn't care. It is expensive and time consuming for twice a week for shots to never get real relief.
We were denied care because of an inability to wear a mask due to asthma that is already acting up. When I called the office from the parking lot staff told me good riddance and hung up on me! I am sure glad I saw my family doctor yesterday and we will not return.
