My complaint is not with Dr. Kin who seemed to be a very adept physician. My complaint is with his billing department. Tracy in billing is abrasive and rude. She, according to BCBS, was overpaid for a claim on my spouse and now refuses to admit that it is her office in error. She also has called and threatened me and was abusive to the BCBS claims rep that I had contact her to settle this dispute. BEWARE of this person. Dr. Lin needs to replace this person with someone who is competent at their job before she further damages Dr. Lin's good reputation.

He Is really great at what he does, and truly cares about his patients. His staff is awesome as well. They make an amazing team!
I'd highly recommend Dr. J. Lin to anyone. He is awesome this year he took care of my brother in law twice. He is a very caring doctor an person. Willing to explain to you every step of surgery an recovery. His staff that is in surgery were very kind as will. Thank you Dr.Lin
Dr. Lin is an EXCELLENT doctor. I would highly recommend Dr. Lin to my family and friends. My brother (age 58) had a tear in his Aortic Valve and Dr. Lin replaced the aortic valve with an artifical one along with doing a few other heart related procedures that were life threatening during this heart operation. My brother and I flew in to Ft. Worth, Texas from Michigan and Florida for our brother, who lived in Texas who was having this heart surgery. Before and after the surgery, we met with Dr. Lin and he thoroughly explained everything to us. Even in the days to follow the surgery, you would see Dr. Lin in the CICU (he had had already seen my brother earlier in the morning) and later when we arrived, he was willing to answer any of our questions or concerns. As one CICU nurse put it, Dr. Lin is an artist, he does a fabulous job. I agree, even his incision, where they cut his chest open was remarkable how it looked after the surgery. The surgery was on a Wednesday morning and he was released from the Hospital in 4 days (Sunday). On Monday, he was walking on the treadmill (25 minutes) and ellipital machine (15 minutes). We highly recommend Dr. Lin and the Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Ft. Worth Texax - they are AWESOME!
