Came in for a test drive to see if an electric vehicle would suit my lifestyle. My test drive experience was phenomenal, Chris and Dennis were both super helpful and knowledgeable!

Got a call from Chris, the apparent store manager at this Tesla branch, asking me if I wanted to take delivery of a model Y, 7 seater, AWD with FSD. I ordered a model y, 7 seater RWD with FSD. He informed me I would only pay 900 for the upgraded AWD. Then he took his words back and told me I had to pay an additional 3000 for the FSD even though I locked in the price at 7000 when I placed the order in 1/2020 and told me rudely, there was nothing he could do about it. Who would pay 3,000 more for FSD when they locked in the less expensive price!? Makes no logical sense. He was also oblivious of common Tesla practice in the past (e.g., model 3 delivery practices during early production and configuration changes). In summary, Chris is a rude, arrogant, "store leader" that I hope to never have to interact with again and hope others will not have to either. Tesla headquarters should call their store and monitor this guy's arrogant tone, ignorant words, and educate him on common Tesla knowledge. A customer service weekend training would also serve him well.

Same as some other reviews, it was a very unwelcoming experience at this location. The greeting is the first impression that customers get, and we were not expecting this in-person experience from a Tesla showroom. My wife and I visited yesterday and the salesman didn't even mention his name, say "Hi" or get up from his seat. Greeting a customer upon entering at the showroom opens the lines of communication. That's how customers feel comfortable asking questions and receiving information. This gives an opportunity for the employees to explain features or show customers available options, but we instead had to make questions and received cold answers from someone that was not determined to earn our business.
