I have to try to drive up there every time I need to get a hold of them. They never answer the phones and my counselor hardly ever returns email messages either. I have lost a lot of progress waiting for them. I'm trying not to be upset about it but their lack of effort is astounding.

Wrong number listed. Then the number I was given didnt have a voice mail. The message said send an email but no address given! You guys are suppose to help us but you are worse than the damn VA!
