Ordered over the phone to pick up. My experience with the guy on the phone was frustrating as he told me I could not buy extra toppings on the side (something I always do, and have done in the past). He didn't even put my order in, as when I sent my friend to pick it up who did not have time to wait for them to remake the order they didn't have it ready. When I spoke to Jennifer she said they never showed up (I was on the phone with the oerson when they were trying to pick it up), then said she handled the order despite me definitely talking to a different person entirely, then said the guy was new. Said there was nothing they could do to remedy their mistake, but would speak to the employee who dropped the ball. I've never had such a terrible experience at one of these Papa Murphys. Didn't end up getting anything and dinner plans have been ruined.

I like being able to order online and pickup. I arrived early by about 10 minutes but they got my name and started making my pizza. The pizza was good for what's it is. I got the all meat combo family size for 15. Can't beat the price!

I get the Chicago stuffed crust and they put it together pretty good they also have pretty good service friendly smile a decent place to go to get take and bake pizza

You can tell they have lowered the quality of ingredients for example the artichoke hearts they are tough and hard to chew most of the time. The cheese is the most noticeable the grease it has in now does not sit well.
