I had an application with Foundation Home Loans and the case appeared to have been worked and not moved forward. It was stuck on their systems for 2 weeks. After 2 escalations and chasing the BDM this was finally moved to mortgage offer stage. The staff on the helpdesk are great and really helpful. The underwriter also contacted me directly with a couple of queries which made the process easier. I would have given 5 stars if it hadn't been for the unnecessary delay on the application.

I lost my application fees with home foundation, they took 6 weeks than decided to my credit... but they were fast to take payments, because of home foundation I lost my application fees also time and effort, also the property. why don’t they stop taking applications in first place. Home foundation is taking peoples applications fees than they refuse. If I had choice to give them rating I will give 0 star not 1star Home foundation please stop wasting peoples times and money.

If I had a choice I wouldn’t even leave a star or even half being realistic. Foundation Home Loans are so unbelievably unprofessional, not at all proactive when it comes to resolving anything and to be quite frank they couldn’t even arrange a jolly in a brewery. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone they are absolutely useless. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! 0/10. OH WAIT UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR PROPERTY THEN PLEASE DO FEEL FREE TO ALLOW THEM TO HELP YOU. BUNCH OF MUPPETS!
