No coverage, getting a prescription can be near impossible. Can take over a week to get it fixed. Waiting for 5-6 months to see a doctor is just unacceptable.

Dr. Crizeldo Cariaso at Foundation Neurology is one of few doctors who will take the time to have an intelligent conversation with his patients. He is concise, honest, and well-educated in his specialty. After seeing many alternative Neurologists in the area, I can affirm that he is one of the best doctors to seek out, especially if you have a unique case and need above-average assistance with diagnosis and treatment. If you are looking for a doctor to blindly write prescriptions, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a doctor to provide a high quality level of care and wisdom, I recommend him wholeheartedly.

• Foundation Neurology put in the wrong billing code twice for my EMG test. I have medical reimbursement (TASC) that would have paid the deductible they billed me of over 300 had the billing office submitted the bill right the first time. It took almost 8 months for them to get the adjusted bill and never contacted me that this issue was occurring until I randomly received the bill in the mail. TASC declined due to the new bill being outside of the benefit year and have to follow IRS guidelines. •\tHad the billing office submitted this correctly to TUFTS I would not be in this predicament. They have now sent me to collections and refuse to write the bill off or even agree to a reasonable settlement. They have been extremely rude, unhelpful and treating me as if I did something wrong. In the 10 years I have had TASC I have NEVER had an issue where a medical provider made an error in submitted a bill to insurance. I highly suggest staying away from this office.
