Just some friendly advice to your van drivers...Don't pass everyone waiting in an exit lane & cut across the solid white line to take that exit when driving a vehicle with the company's name on it.
Dan is an awesome guy! Was recommended by another service guy I had found on Nextdoor. Fixed the drain in my washing machine. A sock and some coins were blocking the last cycle. Service for 100, can't beat that compared to the big competitors... He also fixed my loose hot/cold water pipe housing, free of charge! Will use his services again.
We recently called the home warranty company of the home we just purchased because the dishwasher wasn't working. Within the hour Appliance Solutions called and set up an immediate appointment. Gene, the technician, was a pleasure to work with. He was polite, professional and very informative. He told us everything that he was doing as he went along. He realized that there was no power to the unit; but he went ahead and thoroughly checked all components. He found an alternate temporary source of power to find and corrected problems. Leaving us confidant that when the power issue was resolved that the dishwasher would work properly. It is so nice to work with a company that takes such pride in their work and are so pleasant and professional at every level -- from the office manager to the person that shows up at your door. He came and repaired my refrigerator and then my washing machine. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. I cannot express how pleased we were dealing with this young man. I highly recommend him.
Dan is a great person to work with - I trust having him in my home, he completes his work with integrity, he gets the job done right, and he guarantees his labor on the repair. He has repaired my dryer and my refrigerator, and if I need any other repairs I will call him. I can wholeheartedly recommend him.
Did not bother to show up at all after waiting for 3 and a half hours. And also won't answer their phone. Terrible company
We had a wonderful experience with Appliance Solutions. Our washing machine decided to stop working one day and would not get up to full speed during the spin cycle. We tried everything we knew how to get it working ourselves without any luck. We immediately called Appliance Solutions and they sent Dan out to our house right away. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and was able to diagnose the problem and fixed it right away. He was nice enough to explain to us what the problem was and give us handy tips to extend the lifespan of our washing machine and what to do if we experienced the problem again. We would highly recommend Appliance Solutions to anyone who needs appliance repair.
