After experiencing a water leak from our fridge, DK was called by our insurance company to clean up water in our kitchen and basement. We were met with a very professional crew who came out, did their work and made sure our home was as dry as possible, even though the fridge was still leaking. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has a similar event happen. DK left machines to suck up excess water in the floorboards, and dry our basement and subfloors for 3 days. Very impressed with their work! Thank you DK....
We got our dryer vent cleaned out and the team that was sent out was very professional. They arrived in the time frame they provided us and even gave us a phone call ahead. Very happy with their services will schedule with them in the future again :) Thank you Tala as well for being so professional and answering all our questions and helping with scheduling!
This company helped us through a very stressful time after a fire at our family home. The crews were professional and courteous. The project manager Adam was such a pleasure to work with.
After multiple chances to get things right (they came back 2 times to supposedly fix things) the last tile job was done with glue for grout and they chiped a tile next to the one they replaced. Their paint work was sloppy along with their caulking jobs. They are super sloppy and do not clean up after themselves. If you want a nice looking professional job do NOT use these guys. I will be fixing their mistakes, which is frustrating because I gave them a chance to fix what was wrong and every time they came bavk they left bigger issues.
