Diane was wonderful! She was quick, thorough and did exactly what I was trying to describe to her. It was my first haircut in over 2 years and I was extremely nervous. She was just great. I'm definitely coming back.

I decided to give this place a try because it is a lot closer to my house then where I usually go and I was in a bit of a time crunch today. I asked for a high fade and I'm not pleased with what I got. She faded it on one side, but the other side was just cut high. It did not blend well at all. I also had to ask to see the back of my head because it didn't look right from the front, and when I looked there was an entire patch on the back of my head that was not blended at all. Several hairs were left uncut in the part that was supposed to be a 1. My wife had to fix the back hair line because it was not straight and is still different lengths. I asked to have my sideburns squared and evened out, they were not even. The menu lists a shampoo massage, razor neck shave, and hot towel treatment that are supposed to be included with a men's haircut. These were not offered to me, and when I asked about them as I was getting ready to pay I was told \oh we can do those now if you want.\ Are these only offered upon request? If so that should be listed on the menu as well.

EDIT: This was originally a 1-star review. However, I received a phone call from one of the managers, Jamie, who offered to stay after hours to fix my hair. She washed, re-cut, dried, and then texturized when it was dry, all with more grace and skill than my original stylist. While the haircut is still not what I had originally wanted, Jamie took a horrible situation and made it 10x better. If you are going to try out a hair cut here, ask for Jamie! —————— In all seriousness, this was the worst hair cut I've ever received. I needed a trim and some face framing, and it now looks like I put a bowl on my head and tried to cut it myself. I didn't ask for it to be fixed, because a) there is too much chopped off now for me to be comfortable going any shorter to fix it, and b) I don't think that they are capable of fixing it. Wholeheartedly do not recommend this place.
