I worked with Kerstin my car loan, my husband was deployed and I had a power of attorney. She was very knowledgeable and everything went smooth and fast. A month later the dealership wouldn't except the check since my husband wasn't present. I went back in, Kerstin took care of me and found different avenues to be in compliance with the dealership. I am very satisfied customer.

I love Navy Federal Credit Union. I have banked here since my daughter joined the Navy in '16. I just wish there was a closer branch to Pueblo but, I understand that Pueblo isn't a military town.
